Adding a slider above the breadcrumb?

#1

Is there a way to add a static header image or slider in between the menu & breadcrumb?
Or do I need to edit the template to do this?

The included slider & SiteOrigin Builder do not seem to be able to do this.

Here’s what I want to do…
SliderAboveBreadcrumb

You can disable breadcrumbs and title on the page and add the image you want in page builder.

That’s a good idea, and it’s getting closer!

I’ve tried header options with the WP Guttenburg editor, Simple slider for the theme and SiteOrigin.

The best option seems to be the SiteOrigin, but it still has a grey background poking out at the top.
The pic below shows the grey bars on each side of the header/slider image

So a couple of questions…

  1. To get rid of the grey bars at the top I guess we could change the background to white. Is there a spot to do that in the customiser? Or should I do it with CSS? I couldn’t see an option in the customiser.
  2. I’d prefer to use the WP gutenberg editor than the SiteOrigin one, as it seems to be a bit faster. Do you know if there is a way to get this same affect with the gutenberg editor?

It should be possible. Can you share link to your site.

@SatishGandham it’s currently in staging at http://13.211.46.185

If you were using site origin page builder, they have an option to have the rows take full width.

Try adding this to user CSS

#content-wrapper{background:#FFF}
